Who we are

What information we collect
When you contact us, request a quote, or use our services, we collect contact details (name, email, phone, business name, site address) and any information you choose to share about your cleaning requirements. Existing clients accessing our client portal may have additional account information stored, including secure login credentials and access logs.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver our cleaning services, manage ongoing client accounts, and where relevant communicate operational updates (e.g. service schedule changes). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Lawful basis
We process personal data on the basis of contract (delivering services you have requested), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries and operating our business), and consent (for any marketing communication, where applicable).
How long we keep your information
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months. Client account data is retained for the duration of the contract plus 7 years (in line with HMRC requirements for business records). Client portal access logs are retained for 24 months.
Sharing your information
We share data only where necessary for service delivery — for example with our payroll system, accountants, or, with your permission, with operational tools that support our service. We do not share information with third-party marketers.
Your rights
