1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern use of the CBEES mobile application (the “App”).
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be authorised by your employer or organisation to use the App as a Company or Team Member.
Clients using the App agree to access information provided by the Company only for legitimate business purposes.
2. Definitions
“Company” – a business using the App to manage tasks, clients, and team members
“Client” – an individual or organisation granted access to view tasks or bookings
“Team Member” – staff assigned tasks through the App
“We”, “Us”, “Our” – [Your company name], provider of CBEES
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Provide accurate information
Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App
Protect login details and notify us of any breach
Use data accessed in the App only for authorised purposes
Companies are responsible for:
Ensuring they have lawful authority to input client or staff data
Managing task allocation and client access
Complying with employment and data protection obligations
We are not responsible for data entered by companies or how they use the App.
4. Service Availability
We aim to keep the App available at all times, but:
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates
We are not liable for downtime or data loss
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its code, design, and content are owned by Clean Bees Cleaning Ltd
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the App.
You may not:
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Reproduce or distribute any part of the App
Exploit the App for unauthorised commercial purposes
6. End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
By installing or using the App, you agree:
The App is licensed, not sold
The licence is for personal or business use only
We may terminate the licence for violations of these Terms
The App is provided “as is” without warranties
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Where required, these terms incorporate the Apple App Store and Google Play standard license terms.
7. Payment (if applicable)
If future paid features or subscriptions are introduced:
Prices will be displayed clearly
No hidden fees will be charged
Payments will be processed through the platform’s in-app payment system or external billing

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Misuse
Illegal activity
Breach of these Terms
Users may delete their account at any time using the in-app Delete Account option.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business interruption
We are not liable for actions taken by Companies using the App
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months (if any)
Nothing excludes liability for fraud or negligence causing personal injury or death.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
